ECHO’s communication tools, including ECHO Phone, ECHO Web, ECHO TV, ECHO Radio, and ECHO Partner Relays serve as an emergency infrastructure. This ensures that when a public health or safety emergency occurs, ECHO has a proven system in place to translate, produce and distribute critical information rapidly and effectively.
