Communicating Without English in an Emergency: A webinar for government and community organizations.

In partnership with the Minnesota Department of Health, ECHO Minnesota has created a 90 minute webinar that focuses helping government and nonprofit organizations create a emergency communications plan for limited Engish speaking communities.
