Lillian McDonald

Lillian McDonald has been the Executive Director for Emergency and Community Health Outreach (ECHO) since 2004. Prior to working with ECHO, she coordinated risks and crisis communication response plans, media relations, internal and public relations work for as the Public Information Officer (PIO) for Saint Paul—Ramsey County Public Health. Lillian worked for over 20 years as a news reporter, producer and assignment editor for major market radio and television stations in the Midwest, including KARE-TV and FOX-9.  

Rose Lindsay

With a BA from the University of Minnesota and a MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Rose Lindsay brings over 11 years of sales/fundraising, strategic marketing and management experience to ECHO Minnesota. Rose helped launched LCN Media, a Spanish-language Latino media company. Before joining ECHO, she spent four years working at a consulting firm specializing in assisting nonprofits meet their annual fundraising, outreach and awareness objectives.  Rose is responsible for ECHO’s project management, increasing distribution, fundraising and Emergency Preparedness Coordination. 

Joanna Olson

Joanna ‘s work with ECHO includes a wide variety of marketing and communications startegies and tactics including promotion of all ECHO tools, web and social media management, and collateral creation. Joanna has coordinated marketing and public relations efforts in the global outsourcing, financial services, and theatre industries.

Danushka Wanduragala

Originally from Sri-Lanka, Danushka Wanduragala has a Masters from the University Of Minnesota School Of Public Health with a concentration in global health and health disparities. Danushka previously worked seven years as a clinical research coordinator at the Minneapolis Veterans Hospital and the University of Minnesota’s Department of Psychiatry before joining ECHO. Linkedin 

Paul Moore

Producer

Paul Moore is a writer, producer and communications consultant with a diverse background that includes television news and video producing, high school teaching and corporate, government and school communications. During his 25-year career, Paul has worked for some of Minnesota’s most storied institutions: WCCO-TV, the University of Minnesota, Target Corp. and the State of Minnesota (specifically another institution, Governor Jesse Ventura).  Paul Moore Communications, Paul’s independent communications business since 2007, has served numerous clients in both the profit and non-profit worlds, including HealthPartners, the African Development Center, Pearson Assessments and Carlson Marketing. Paul asks, “What’s better than helping people?" and responds, "How about helping people in a bunch of different languages!”
